Anna Myers had tried everything to lose weight. Weight loss shakes, high fat diets, low fat diets, countless nationally recognized weight loss diets, vegetarianism, pre-packaged meal plans, and in desperation even starving herself for days. She even went to an informational meeting on weight loss surgery to see if bariatric surgery would finally be the solution to her weight problem, but once considering the long term side effects and surgery risks was at a standstill as to what to do. She was frustrated, confused, lacked direction and information on how to lose weight fast. lose weight now, and lose weight safely. Anna was morbidly obese with health risks that were quickly catching up to her, she needed more than weight loss tips to reverse the damage to her body. Yes, Anna could easily lose 20 pounds, lose 30 pounds, and even lose 50 pounds. She could lose weight quickly, had done so many times before, only to gain it back and then some. Anna needed a comprehensive and new approach to get off the weight loss roller coaster. Step 1. A complete change on your mindset- This is without a doubt the main key to permanent weight loss. Whether you’re trying to lose 20 pounds. 50 pounds or 100 or more pounds it has to start in your mind. If you don’t know how to truly change what’s going on in your subconscious mind then you will be just like the other 98% of the population, stuck on the never ending cycle of losing weight only to quickly gain it back plus more. Being overweight is only a symptom of what is going on under the surface. Step 2. Proper nutrition- This does not mean a fast weight loss diet or quick weight loss fixes that aren’t sustainable long term. A TRUE weight loss diet is a healthy balanced diet which consist of high protein along with moderate carbs and healthy fats. A diet like this includes foods like, chicken, fish, lean beef vegetables, fruits, limited whole grains and more.
